ROADSHOWS

Create a roadshow
that people look
forward to attending

Whether it’s a product launch, sales blitz, training series, customer hospitality event, or a demand gen campaign, roadshows are an effective way to reach many clients, potential clients, and partners in a face-to-face setting.

There are few programs more effective than a roadshow for achieving direct engagement with an audience, however, the payoff comes at the expense of new logistical and creative challenges. Brightspot custom-builds each roadshow to accomplish client goals and prove return on engagement.

Logistical Power

The extra strength our team brings to help your team manage both the pre-event planning and on-site management will take your roadshow to the next level. Keep the show running like clockwork and stay in the loop every step of the way.

Proven Engagement

Using the cutting edge of mobile apps, gamification, and Brightspot’s in-house developed Unite registration platform, invitees are fully connected to the roadshow from start to finish.

Cost Savings

Leveraging relationships of local venues and trusted A/V partners, professional meeting planners often offset the fee of hiring an agency. Factor in time saved and dodging paying face value at every corner, and hiring roadshow experts becomes more than affordable.

One-Stop Planning

Instead of juggling six vendors, Brightspot is a one-stop vendor where one call solves:  venue contracting, catering, e-vites & registration, graphic design, printing, and giveaways – plus consolidated financial reconciliation in a single bill.

Sales Blitz

Sales blitz meetings are a one-day emphasis to engage local sales professionals and channel partner representatives to push new products. The blitz usually starts in the morning with a training session to learn about products as well as discuss sales pitches and call scripts, along with collateral materials to help achieve blitz goals. The group will usually break for lunch and then “blitz” where sales reps spend the afternoon using their new tactical skills to sell new prospects. Many times, these meetings include a sales incentive to encourage selling and meeting the day’s goals. Brightspot simplifies the logistics by fulfilling the blitz kits to the field office location.

Demand Generation

“Demand Gen” roadshows are great opportunities to build early-buying-stage rapport with a prospect that may not know about the targeted product or service. These are typically structured with a business meeting followed by a social event that introduces products to a new audience while building relationships. Because these events are heavy on relationship building, companies hire roadshow experts to match their lead generation goals to the most effective venue and format.

Customer Hospitality

Companies who host customer hospitality events understand that a successful event focuses on relationship building. They use this time to step away from the typical content-heavy lunch-and-learns or conferences and instead, focus on developing a rapport with their customers and partners. It’s a great opportunity to get to know key decision-makers on a more personal level in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Product Training

Conducting product training roadshows provide companies the platform to not only announce a new product but to also train them face to face. A roadshow series creates buzz around the product and provides the detailed training to field sales reps or channel partners. Sales leaders know reps sell products they understand and avoid pitching those they don’t.  Providing the proper training increases understanding, and in the long run, increases sales.

Product Launch

A product launch roadshow brings a new product to the forefront of the local market.  New launches  create interest and can generate new leads and sales pipeline opportunities. A roadshow series introduces the new product throughout their entire service area and gets face to face interactions with as many prospects as possible.

Lunch-and-Learns

Lunch-and-learn events are a tried-and-true marketing campaign for both the attendee and host company. Customers, partners, or prospects carve out a portion of their day to enjoy a catered lunch while learning a little more about how they can benefit from a company’s offering. While the idea of a lunch meeting sounds simple (and hey, won’t everyone eat lunch?), there are still  logistical challenges to execute a fruitful event for both you and your audience.

Corporate Roadshow Concert Series

Brightspot and CenturyLink teams collaborated to produce a chart-topping hit! This Taylor Swift concert series in 18 cities across North America acted as lead-gen event to draw in clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and create new deals.

A pre-party reception allowed time to mix and mingle before enjoying the concert with their lucky guests. Attendees interacted with an Instagram frame cardboard cutout (like Taylor’s famous 1989 album cover) and took pictures with a Fuji Instax camera that produced polaroid-type photo takeaways for one unforgettable night! #the1989worldtour
