Incentive and Meeting Industry Awards

Through our leadership in industry organizations, such as the Incentive Research Foundation and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, to our multiple awards in Incentive Magazine’s Motivation Masters competition and Meetings & Conventions Magazine’s “Best Places to Work” recognition, Brightspot is humbled and honored to receive acknowledgement of our contributions to the industry.

The sports-themed program resonated well with the target audience and resulted in a high employee buy-in and overall engagement that resulted in a big boost to referral submissions compared to previous campaigns.
