Best Dealer / Channel Program: Avaya Edge Loyalty Program

Avaya wanted to create a program for its partners in 78 countries and streamline its loyalty program. That’s when they created the Avaya Edge Loyalty Program with the goal of boosting global sales. Brightspot came in and developed the technical and program framework to achieve Avaya’s desired results. Through this program, more than 2,000 awards were earned and claimed, and in the second quarter of fiscal 2022, annual recurring revenues increased 118% year-over-year.

Best Channel Incentive: PTC Partner Network Rewards

PTC was struggling to keep its channel incentive program fresh year-over-year. With constant competition in their space and a long-term channel program, they needed to keep engagement high with their sales reps across the globe. Brightspot consulted with PTC to simplify the offer structures, provide more consistent and transparent communication, and engage a wider audience base. The result was an award-winning program that increased sales quarter over quarter, engaged over 60% of eligible participants, and expanded their global program to more than 45 countries.

Best Sales Incentive: Frontier Red Zone

Launched to increase referrals from field techs across the US, the Red Zone Lead Referral program combined a point system for redeeming merchandise and a grand prize of an all-expenses paid trip to the Super Bowl. The sports-themed program resonated well with the target audience and resulted in a high employee buy-in and overall engagement that resulted in a big boost to referral submissions compared to previous campaigns.

Best Corporate Social Responsibility: The Great Frontier Donate

Beyond generating new sales, this customer-referral incentive program added an element of corporate social responsibility by donating a combined $30,000 to more than 250 charitable organizations. Channel partners were given the opportunity to select a charity or organization that benefited from donations on each new product order.

Best Channel Rewards: Siemens Software Partner Rewards

With 1,800 sales reps around the world, Siemens turned to us to create a channel incentive program that could be implemented internationally with a multi-faceted communications campaign. The communications campaign improved channel rep buy-in that Siemens was able to track in real time with our Ignite platform.
