With just 12 lucky attendees and their VIP guests, this exclusive getaway blended signature hospitality, bucket-list adventures, and jaw-dropping natural beauty into a three-night experience like no other. From personalized surprises to once-in-a-lifetime outdoor thrills, every detail was meticulously crafted to wow. And wow, we did—leaving attendees with full hearts, wide smiles, and gift baskets overflowing with goodies!

We worked closely with our partners at the green o to ensure swift transportation to and from the resort for those who needed to pick up medical prescriptions, and created a streamlined delivery process with all outside vendors. Our team turned a logistical puzzle into a seamless travel experience for everyone – it’s just what we do.
Gifts are the perfect way to add that extra touch of appreciation for your attendees. Before hopping on a plane, everyone received their own s’mores kit with a mini solo stove, kindling, and s’mores supplies. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with their own binoculars, a bird-identification book, and a stash of snacks. Each day, attendees were surprised with themed gifts, including a hat bar, a pair of leather boots, blankets, and custom acrylic frames. Guests left the resort with full custom tote bags and happy hearts, making for a truly “elite” experience.
