Marketing Program Coordinator

The Position

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Program Coordinator to support client-based, sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns. This individual will collaborate with their program team, web developers, graphic designers and suppliers to support the operational execution of their assigned programs. The ideal candidate for this position is one who offers a well-balanced mix of creative thinking, project management, attention to detail and customer service skills/experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with program staff to implement and administer sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns
  • Provide email and telephone support for program participants
  • Interact with IT staff to develop and customize program websites
  • Work with graphic designers and printers to design, produce, and distribute print pieces
  • Coordinate on-site logistics and event management
  • Recommend creative solutions and develop best practices
  • Communicate project statuses to program manager

Reports to

  • Program Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability in managing multiple/competing priorities
  • Creativity in written communications and collateral
  • Event coordination experience
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some travel required
