Frontier Communications was forced to pivot during the pandemic and came to Brightspot to transform their annual sales kickoff into a virtual meeting. With breakout sessions, trainings, and general sessions it became clear that a chain of Zoom calls was not going to cut it. Brightspot brought in BrightAV and their virtual event platform, Bizzabo, to create a true virtual meeting on a professionally designed website with speaker bios, community interaction, sponsor promotion, and modular agendas to make up an attendee experience that is light years ahead of a simple registration site and back-to-back Zoom links.
